Class Notes for 27 October In our second Class/Think Tank we investigated the Phases of the Moon and learned how large multitudes of people miraculously showed up all at the same time, at the appointed times just by reading the signs in the Phases of the Moon. We understand that the Jewish Calendar is based on orbit of the Moon about the Earth which requires 29.5 days to make a complete orbit. Since there are 365.25 days in our modern Julian Calendars that’s hanging up on our walls at home, the number of Jewish Calendar Months will be 12.4 Nissan Calendar Months in stead of 12 Julian Calendar Months. Thus, we see the importance of being able to read and understand the Jewish Calendars of God’s Calendars. The Jewish Calendar ![]() The Jewish Calendar is based on the orbit of the Moon about the Earth which requires about 29.5 days to make a complete orbit. Since it takes the Earth 365.25 days to orbit the Sun, that means that a year has about 12.4 lunar months. We get the number of months by dividing 29.5 into 365.25. This means the Moon will circle the Earth exactly 12.4 times while the Earth circles the Sun only once. We Recall: Because of the Earth’s rotation, the Moon appears to move from East to West but at the same time in the morning, for each morning of the Seven Moons, the Moon appears at a delayed position in the sky because of the fact that the Moon is actually in orbit about the Earth. The Moon circles the Earth exactly 12.4 times in exactly 365.25 days of a Julian Calendar Year. The Moon circles once in 29.5 days of a Julian Calendar Month. Recall: The ground of the Earth we stand on is actually moving almost at supersonic jet speeds, moving from the WEST to the EAST. That’s why the Sun is seen setting in the WEST, because the ground of the Earth is actually moving us from the WEST leaving the Sunny days behind. The Moon is actually orbiting the Earth going around the Earth in the same direction as the ground of Earth is moving us from the WEST to the EAST. This is the reason why the Lunar Calendar Moons appear from 7th Moon to 1st Moon, from WEST to the EAST when observed at the same time of the day or night. Without these Fundamentals of the Biblical Calendar and the prophetic time-lines these things cannot be properly understood. November 2014 Moon Phases ![]() In our next Class/Think Tank we shall examine the incredible PARALLEL between the prophets Daniel and Saint John. We shall understand why God had sealed the Words and instructed Daniel to lock up the Words during his time. God did not seal the Words during the time of Saint John and He instructed Saint John not to lock up the Words. The Book of Daniel points directly to our modern generation in which we live as “we now have advanced technical knowledge” without which the biblical scriptures of bothDaniel and Revelation could not be understood. Both books are apocalyptic books which are approximately 700 years apart and are both laden with symbolism that was understood by the patriarchs at the time the books were written. Daniel wrote the Book of Daniel while in captivity by King Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon. Saint John, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus, wrote theBook of Revelation while he was exiled on the Island of Patmos in Greece. Modern scholars of the Bible clearly understand in these days that God had sealed the words of the Bible up until the right time in the future; a time that is a proper time when there is sufficient knowledge for its correct understanding or proper usage of the instructions God has given unto us to enable us to be able to recognize the signs of the ladder days that God has commanded His people; words that are sealed and embedded in the scriptures of the Bible. The Bible believer and the student of the Bible clearly will not understand all the instructions given by God if certain technical fundamentals in the scriptures of the Bible are not in the firm grasp of the student. This one thing is perfectly clear. We shall examine the incredible PARALLEL between the prophets Daniel and Saint John, examine the prophetic time-lines and meditate on these topics in our third (3rd) Class/Think Tank session to meet on Monday, November 3, 2014, at 7:00 PM.
